Here is a fully reconditioned 351 Windsor
long motor. We start with a standard bore
long motor. Strip, hot tank and crack test all components. Block is bored & honed to .030, decked square to the mains, new cam bearings fitted. Crankshaft is ground and micro polished with oil holes chamfered, rods are checked for straightness and resized. Federal Mogul Hypereutectic flat top pistons fitted. You have a choice of camshafts which can be discussed, new rings, main & big end bearings, lifters, double row timing set, oil pump & pick up, full gasket set, brass welch plugs, clearence checked and rings gapped. Heads have a 3 angle valve job, new guides, inserted for lpg & uleaded applications, new springs & seals fitted.
Engine comes assembled with rockers adjusted, new timing cover & oil pan fitted, chrome valve covers, balance of gasket set.
